Krypton Appliance Repair ("I", "me") is a one-person appliance repair business in Los Angeles, California. This page explains what information I collect through kryptonrepair.com and how I use it.
Information I collect
When you send a service request through the form on this website, I receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, address, the appliance and a description of the problem. When you call or text me, I receive your phone number and the content of your message.
Like most websites, my hosting provider may automatically record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. I use this only to keep the website running and secure.
How I use your information
- To contact you about your repair request and schedule a visit
- To come to the address you provide and perform the repair
- To follow up about the repair or warranty, and occasionally to ask for a review
I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. I do not use it for advertising.
Who else handles your information
Form submissions are delivered to my email through FormSubmit, a form delivery service. The website is hosted by Hostinger. These services process data only to provide their service. I may also share information if required by law.
How long I keep it
I keep service request details only as long as needed to complete the repair, honor the 90-day warranty and keep normal business records.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You can ask me to tell you what information I have about you, correct it, or delete it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Online Privacy Protection Act. To make a request, call or text (213) 700-9670. I will not treat you differently for making a request.
This website does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, but it does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page.
